Pre-qualification Process

Submit an inquiry about The Peach Cobbler Factory's current franchise opportunities.

Initial introductory phone call.

A member of our franchise development team will contact you to provide an overview of what is involved in becoming a franchise partner.

Receive and acknowledge receipt of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Submit franchise application with any other principals and operating partners.

Initial Meeting

FDD review and business planning tools provided.

Visit our franchise outlets and discuss interest/talk to existing franchise partners.

Discovery Day in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to meet our team.

Completed financial verification and franchise application prior to attending.

Join The Peach Cobbler Factory

Provide business entity information for ownership.

Review and complete Development and Franchise Agreements.

Sign documents via DocuSign and pay associated fees.

Finalization

Congratulations! Once you've completed each step of our process, you'll officially be a part of The Peach Cobbler Factory. You’ll immediately start our official onboarding process to join our rapidly growing franchisee community while we kick off your step-by-step process to launch your first franchise location.
